A club with proper local roots
Finding somewhere friendly can feel harder than it should, especially when you want more than just a quick drink and a noisy room. We’ve kept that in mind at LNER Sports and Social Club ever since a simple refreshment stop first stood here in 1923. What began as a place for railway drivers and engineers to pause for a cup of tea grew into a lasting part of Wembley life. Today, we still keep that same welcoming spirit, giving you a social space with history, character and room to feel at home.
More than just a place for a drink
Your local social spot should give you a reason to stay a little longer. We make that easy with live sporting events on Sky, space for darts and pool, and a welcoming setting where you, card players, and families alike can settle in. LNER Sports and Social Club also brings people together through youth football, a dedicated function hall for private celebrations, and other community activities, helping keep the club connected to everyday local life.
